With this new feature you can request a live remote computer consultation.
For an initial fee of $95 - which covers the connection and up to one
hour, additional hours are billed at $75 per - I will connect to your
computer to either see your screen and advise, or take control of your
mouse and keyboard to help resolve any technical difficulties prior to,
or in lieu of, a site visit.
- Contact kirkor consulting to request a live session. You will receive
a 6-digit code to enter in the direct connect form and click "Connect".
- You will be asked if you want to install an Active X component for
the session. Click "Run" and then click "Run" again.
- A Chat window pops up that serves as a session monitor. You are asked
if it is OK to allow a Technician to control your computer. Click OK
after closing any files with sensitive or private information.
- You can end the session at any time by clicking "Disconnect".
Although this new offering can reduce the need for a site visit and thereby
reduce the time in which I can respond to an issue and spare the cost
of a multi-hour visit, not all issues can be resolved using a direct connect
session and a follow up visit at my regular rate may be required after
the direct connect session.
