President / Owner

With over two decades of experience in information technology and web development, Roland Rogers founded Kirkor IT Solutions to bridge the gap between complex technology and the organizations that depend on it. His career has spanned enterprise-level systems administration, custom software development, and grant management platform design.

Roland's approach is rooted in understanding each client's unique needs before writing a single line of code. Whether building a grant tracking system for a nonprofit foundation or architecting a client portal from the ground up, he brings a hands-on, detail-oriented methodology that ensures every project is delivered on time and on budget.

Prior to founding Kirkor, Roland held senior technology roles supporting organizations across the New York metropolitan area. He holds expertise in full-stack web development, database architecture, cloud infrastructure, and IT consulting.

Alice Pfeifer

Design Consultant

Alice brings a sharp eye for visual design and brand strategy to every Kirkor project. With a background in graphic design and digital media, she guides the look and feel of client websites, ensuring each one communicates clearly and leaves a lasting impression. From wireframes to final mockups, Alice collaborates closely with the development team to deliver polished, cohesive experiences.

William Dominguez

Software Development & Engineering Intern

William is a Computer Science major at CUNY Hunter College with a minor in International Relations. He brings hands-on experience building full-stack applications with Python, C++, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript, including deploying projects on AWS. He joins Kirkor IT Solutions as a software engineering intern for Spring 2026.
